I watched Lai Mohammed’s press conference where he tried to punch holes in the Lagos #EndSARS Panel Report.

Before I destroy the seven grounds raise by Lying Lai in his futile attempt to cast aspersions on the courageous work by the Panel, let me first state that Lai Mohammed is the fly that follows the corpse to the grave. Even Buhari could not deny the Lagos #EndSARS Panel Report in his meeting with the United States Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja on November 18, 2021.

Buhari left the ignoble and dishonourable task to Lai. It is Lai’s destiny to Lie all the way to his father, satan’s, home.

The #LekkiMassacre occurred and #BuhariForPrison2023 must happen. And I will not counter each of the seven grounds raised by Lai today.

1. Lai Mohammed said the Lagos #EndSARS Panel report is “fake news” because the panel said it found bullets and bloodstains even after saying the army and police cleaned up afterwards. Didn’t Lai’s colleague, Raji Fashola, also find a camera even days after the clean up? The fact remains that the military and the police attempted their shoddy clean up at night, and could therefore not have cleared everything. They left traces of their massacre, which were found on the subsequent hours and days.


2. Lying Lai Mohammed quoted a so called ballistic ‘expert’ that favoured the Buhari junta. He however failed to address the fact that bullet casings of ammunition that is ONLY available to the Nigerian Army were found at the scene of the #LekkiMassacre. How did they get there in such number that even passers by were able to pick them up?


3. Lying Lai Mohammed then quoted a so called forensic evidence that claimed only three corpses were from the #LekkiMassacre and said that that contradicted another area that said nine persons died. Lai failed to mention that that forensic expert did not examine all the bodies. But even at that, Lai just unwittingly admitted that there were three bodies from the massacre. He had previously said there were no such deaths.


4. Lying Lai faulted the eye witness testimony because it was done via video, and not live. It was done via video because the Buhari regime was seeking to kill that witness and prevent him from testifying. I ask the public to see how another witness was attacked yesterday and how they threatened thr life of yet another Panel member.


5. Lying Lai further said that “The panel was silent on the family members.” Why should the Panel expose the identities of the families of the victims? So the Buhari administration can try to kill then they way they attacked a witness and panel member yesterday? We are talking of a government that killed 347 Shiite men, women, children and infants during the Zaria massacre of December 12-15, 2016.

6. Lying Lai Mohammed asked how the Lagos #EndSARS Panel is not sure that the names of #LekkiMassacre victims “are not fictitious names?”. If Lai has evidence that they are fictitious names, let lie produce the proof. He who alleges must prove!

7. Finally, lying Lai said “The report didn't make any recommendation on the innocent people whose businesses were attacked.” My response is to ask Lai to cure his ignorance by studying the terms of reference of the Panel

The truth is that Lai Mohammed is a dishonourable and dishonest man, which is why on July 5, 2021, the Kwara State House of Assembly (Lai is from Kwara state) said in an official statement that (and this is a quote) Lai is a ‘liar who lies every day.”

Their testimony was further corroborated on October 18, 2021, when Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq of Kwara State called Lai Mohammed a liar and a thief. I remind the public that Lai is yet to sue Governor Abdulrazaq

Former governor of Imo State and Senator representing Imo West Senatorial Zone, Senator Rochas Okorocha has outrightly condemned the unfortunate murder of one of the front row politicians in this country, Alhaji Ahmed Gulak, describing his death, as unfortunate and disheartening.

Senator Okorocha has also sent his heartfelt condolences to the family of Alhaji Gulak and to the government of Adamawa State, over the death of the politician, explaining that, the nation at large and Adamawa State in particular, have lost a very vibrant politician.

He regretted that politics has in recent time, been allowed to eat deep into the fabric of the nations life, so much so that, when certain situations like the death of Gulak arise, leaders would foot-drag over what they should have ordinarily done or say, because of the needless political colourations some leaders have chosen to give to every incident.

Okorocha appealed to leaders and stakeholders, to always guard their utterances on sensitive issues, to avoid jeopardizing efforts being made by genuine leaders to stop the ugly story of insecurity in the Country, adding that, leaders should show their commitment to the campaign against insecurity through their utterances, actions and inactions.

Senator Okorocha calls for unmitigated investigation to unravel the motive or circumstances surrounding the killing of Gulak, adding that, the Inspector-General of Police should take over the investigation to ensure that a thorough job is done.

Okorocha regretted the spate of killings across the nation including his home State Imo, that had been peaceful before now, stating that, where the use of force or use of arms has failed, diplomacy, dialogue and God-given wisdom can be deployed.

He remarked that anybody or any leader trying to score cheap political point or gain, out of these killings, should be seen as very unpatriotic and called on such people to help the nation, by having a rethink, adding that the lives of Nigerians can not be equated with political gains.

Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, on Monday, condemned in strong terms, the appointment of a Sole Administrator (SA) for the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Frank who made this assertion in a statement in Abuja, insisted that the appointment of SA to manage the affairs of the NDDC is illegal as there is no such provision in the Act establishing the Commission.

He urged the governors of States in the region and elected representatives of the people in both Chambers of the National Assembly, as well as the people of the area to outrightly reject the abnormality.

He warned that appointing SA which is against the Act establishing the Commission is “detrimental, unproductive and will end up in further destroying the already worsened situation in the NDDC.”

He vowed to challenge the appointment of the Sole Administrator in a court of competent jurisdiction should the Federal Government refuse to rescind its decision.

He noted that following the assumption of Senator Godswill Akpabio as the minister of Niger Delta Affairs, there has been an alarming rise in acts of illegalities in the Commission some of which were exposed by Committees of the National Assembly that recently probed embarrassing corrupt practices in the agency.

Frank, a consistent advocate for good governance, rule of law and equitable development of the Niger Delta region and her people, added that the already discovered cases of looting in the NDDC will get worse with the appointment of a Sole Administrator “who will ultimately be used as tool for personal gain by the cabal that facilitated his appointment and thus create ample room for more fraud, impunity and illegalities in the intervention agency.”

He urged the leaders of the Niger Delta region to reflect on the sacrifices of their leaders past, while he insisted that, “this was not what the likes of late Isaac Boro and Saro Wiwa paid the supreme price for.”

Frank said: “I want to use this medium to call upon the elders, governors and youths of the Niger Delta to reject this appointment of a stooge by Godswill Akpabio and his cohorts in the Presidency to further do their bidding in the continued impoverishment of our dear region and people.

“The reign of impunity, fraud and illegalities in the commission must not be allowed to continue.

“Why is Akpabio and his cohorts in the presidency refusing to appoint a substantive Board for the NDDC, but instead, they have moved from an Interim Management Committee to a Sole Administrator that is not known by the Act establishing the NDDC?

“If Akpabio is honest, transparent and has no skeleton or ulterior notions, why appoint a Sole Administrator from Akwa Ibom state that is against the extant Act which clearly states that the Managing Director of the NDDC must come from either Delta or Bayelsa states?”

He further warned that the appointment of a Sole Administrator was against the growth and development of the region as those behind the reprehensible development are only interested in the continued pillaging of the resources of the NDDC.

“No government since the return of democracy in Nigeria has ever stood against the development and prosperity of the people of the Niger Delta region like the regime of General Muhammadu Buhari and this, we must resist.

“The refusal to ensure that the right thing is done, will lead to protests by the good people of the Niger Delta because despite the claims of conducting a forensic audit of the NDDC, no report has been issued till date.

“This is condemnable, despicable and an outright deviation from the purpose of establishing the NDDC which is to ensure an even development of the Niger Delta region and her people. What we have today is the Niger Delta Sharing and Impoverishment Commission.”

“The NDDC is not a platform for the settlement of cronies but a commission that will help accelerate the development and growth of the Niger Delta region.

“Akpabio is only taking advantage of the people of the Niger Delta region through the Commission knowing too well that there is no President in charge of this country.

“Therefore, the needful must be done if we, genuinely, want the development and growth of the Niger Delta,” he declared.

The National Chairman of the Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) Chief Barr Dan Nwanyanwu live on DMI tv made his opinion heard about plans to oust Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Acting Chairman Ibrahim Mustapha Magu by corrupt Nigerian politicians and business individuals in Nigeria.

Nwanyanwu said there are plots to remove Magu as EFCC Chairman, so that the status quo can be maintained i.e, supporting corruption to thrive uncovered.

Nwanyanwu denied the fact that Magu had been selling all recovered properties. He vouched that all properties that were sold, were the ones recovered before Magu became Acting Chairman of EFCC. He said those trucks in Port Harcourt were sold after the Federal Ministry of Works was called to access the trucks which they attached ridiculous prices hoping that they(fed min of works) will be contracted to sell them off. But in the end, the trucks were sold. Nwanyanwu vouched that those events were monitored by them as anti corruption settlers.

According Nwanyanwu all those properties and vehicles recovered by the Magu led EFCC are all in Zone 6 EFCC headquarters, Abuja. SUV cars, brand new buses are rusting in zone 6 without sales and you will see all there. “About 40 to 50 vehicles were recovered from one compound and all of them are still in the different offices of the anti-graft agency scattered all over the country.” “These vehicles are rusting away at the various EFCC offices, they have not been sold.

“As we are supporting Magu, we are also monitoring him.

“Magu has not sold anything under his reign as Acting Chairman of EFCC.

“Magu is victim of ”corruption fighting back, No more, no less.

“The truth is that, those who have been investigated and are due for court, are the ones putting these monies together so that they can influence top government functionaries close to President Muhammadu Buhari to remove Magu.

“Those people who have been investigated and due for court, are the ones fighting back, they are ready to take their own pound of flesh.

“And i will always give you my proverb, ‘the witch cried last night, the child dies today, who does not know that it was the witch that cried yesterday that killed the child.

“Let them prove it, if they do, i will come back to you to say, i am sorry and i will face the man that i have put my integrity on the line for.

“Let them prove it, we are waiting for them to prove it items by items.

“The allegations against Ibrahim Magu are unfounded and of no moment, and they are looking for ways to convince the president but the president knows that the fight against corruption is the only thing he has now, they want to truncate it.

“My advice to president Muhammadu Buhari is for him to invite Magu to a private meeting so that Magu can confide in him about the ideas of all the funds scattered all over Nigeria banks that are on the Post No Debit(PND), including funds in foreign currencies.

“These people will look for people to help them, they go to government functionaries or business people to negotiate the percentage that will be accruable to them , if the money is released. But Magu becomes a stumbling block to them with regards to the PND. They are all in the banks of the Federation.

“They are also using the press now to influence Magu’s removal. This is why you see all sorts of fabricated corruption stories about Magu on different media and social media platforms.

“A prominent Nigerian called me that he wrote something about the implication of the president removing Magu as EFCC Chairman. He said they have pulled down the article from the system. He did not know who pulled it down. I am even sure that this video and press statement might be pulled down. You might not see this again.

“I am from Imo state, and billions of naira have been stolen from our money and it is painful and bleeds my heart. These are the assignments that Magu must complete, unless the president says, ok, all of you have stolen enough, go and sin no more. Then we will say bye to the fight against corruption. I have just use my state as an example, which is one state.

“In all the states where money have been stolen and hidden, Magu can pinpoint them, Magu have completed the investigations of former ministers,  governors etc and are due to have a date in court with the EFCC.

“When i say corruption is fighting back, corruption is really fighting back, i am not trying to say anybody is indispensable, Magu has really gone too far, he has recorded successes and he is not listening to corrupt politicians.

“Magu has achieved over 1000 convictions and has recovered over #800bn cash which President Buhari acknowledged innhis June 12 speech. Once they remove Magu, all these achievements will be reversed. That is what they want to achieve, that is why i said ‘corruption is fighting back’.

“All the corrupt politicians under president Buhari will be taken to court after we must have mounted pressure on them. On this struggle, i Chief Dan Nwanyanwu is on the same page with President Muhammadu Buhari.

“Ibrahim Magu for now, is the best man for the EFCC Chairman job. The president in a democracy must join hands with concerned citizens who have believe for this country to move forward.

“However, it is left for the President to succumb to corrupt politicians he has been fighting since 1984 as a military Head of State,  so that it will now be Uhuru, it is left to the President.

“And if the President want this fight to yield expected results, Ibrahim Magu should be confirmed as EFCC Chairman by the Senate.

“It should be noted that we do not have personal interest, our interest is that we have too much money in the hands of very few that did not work for it. The only opportunity they have was because they found themselves in power which gave them the unchecked privileges to steal public funds. For those that will be attacking us, this is our reasons.

“If you believe in this country, that this is the time we need all the money for development, we must come and plead with president Buhari not to listen to to them.

“During the last time, i called them, enemies of Nigeria, and they remain the enemies and enemies to the fight against corruption.

Nwanyanwu was asked if he thinks President Muhammadu Buhari will bow to pressure to remove Magu or from been approved as EFCC Chairman, “Nwanyanwu said president Muhammadu Buhari will not bow to any pressure to remove Magu, acknowledging that president Buhari has been known for fighting against corruption since 1984.

“President Muhammadu Buhari will not kill his anti-corruption agenda.

Nwanyanwu acknowledged that Nigeria may not have arrived at ending corruption now, he said that, those who were not touched in the past government are been touched now. The corrupt politicians in the President Muhammadu Buhari’s present administration wil be touched later. And all the monies they have stolen will be coughed out.

Nwanyanwu concluded by saying that the President Muhammadu Buhari we know, is known for the fight against corruption and nothing in this world will change his agenda, which Magu is capable of good fit for as EFCC Chairman.

“God help the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He dropped.”

Some residents of the Federal Capital Territory and Mararaba community of Nasarawa state have continued to reflect on act of kindness recently displayed by the General Overseer of Divine Hand of God Prophetic Ministries International Abuja, Prophet Dr. Emmanuel Omale.
Prophet Omale, in the heat of the COVID-19 lockdown had reached out to Abuja residents living in the Area 1 axis of the Federal Capital Territory and the densely populated Mararaba area in Nasarawa, precisely on April 18 and 19, 2020, respectively.

An eyewitness account confirmed that Prophet Omale and his team shared already prepared food to people who trooped out in their droves during the outreach. “The man of God and his people came with a lot of food and drinks. They also gave raw rice and many other things needed in the home at Area 1 and Mararaba,” the eyewitness said.

In a chat with a benefactor of Prophet Omale, Ibrahim Alkali, he said ” my life has not been the same since I came in contact with Prophet, a lot have change in me, and now during this COVID-19 period, he came to my rescue.
“Thank you very much prophet,” he said.

A community leader, Abdulmalik Alhassan expressed his happiness at the act of love displayed by the Prophet Omale at a time government’s COVID-19 palliative promise was yet to materialise.
“I’m very happy that people like this are still in this world, my prayer is that God will continue to increase him on all side. People must copy such good deed and kind-hearted pastor, so that the world becomes a better place,” he said.

Another eyewitness said he was thrilled because Prophet Omale never looked at tribe or religious affiliation before giving out foods and gifts. He added that the man of God went as far as personally feeding people living with different forms of disabilities.

In a chat with Prophet Omale, he said the outreach was in obedience to God’s instruction.
“God instructed me to feed people during COVID-19 pandemic.”
He urged people to be kind and help people, at least starting with a theirnext-door neighbour.

The high court of the federal capital territory (FCT) has set aside its order for the arrest of Mohammed Bello Adoke, former attorney-general of the federation, Dan Etete, former minister of petroleum, and four others over the OPL 245/Malabu affair.
In a ruling on Friday, Danlami Senchi, the judge, nullified the warrant of arrest he issued on April 17, 2019.
The judge set aside the arrest warrant on the grounds that the court lacked the jurisdiction to make the orders and that the defendants had not been served with the information charge when the order was made.
However, efforts to get the court to strike out the names of the 4th-9th defendants from the charge proved abortive as the judge refused their prayer.
Through Mike Ozekhome, his counsel, Adoke had earlier asked the court to set aside the order on the grounds that the court was misled.

He also asked the court to strike out his name in the suit the federal government filed against Shell Nigeria Exploration Production Company Limited and 10 others.
Ozekhome had submitted that the order for Adoke’s arrest was issued in breach of his right to fair hearing as guaranteed by the constitution, adding that Adoke was neither served with the charge sheet and proof of evidence, or any other summons in respect of the criminal charge pending before the court.
He had submitted that the warrant for the former AGF’s arrest was issued without jurisdiction and ought to be set aside

A political activist and former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Timi Frank, has dismissed a fake news being circulated by the APC to portray General Muhammadu Buhari as having a West African School Certificate (WASC).

Frank who was reacting to a media report aimed at deceiving Nigerians and also swaying the Presidential Election Petition Court to rule in favour of General Buhari, urged the APC to stop spreading falsehood as “the world knows that Buhari has no Secondary school certificate anywhere”.

According to him, the report titled: “Buhari cambridge certificate verification; PDP agent disappointed” is a fake news from the pit of hell. 

The report quoting an unnamed source had claimed among other things that “As the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal kicked off few months ago, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) sent a team of lawyers and other party agents to the University of Cambridge to confirm the authenticity of the West African School Certificate (WASC) of President Muhammadu Buhari.

“A Cambridge source said that the opposition party not only sent a delegation but also made a request seeking potential evidence, citing doubts about the authenticity of the President’s WASC results.

“The source said that the PDP representatives who visited Cambridge were stunned to discover that the President did write the examination, passed and were even dumbfounded when they cited the well kept records of the Cambridge University.

“The source said even the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and associates requested Cambridge provide them with a confirmation of his certificate,” the report said. 

Frank wondered why the APC could descend so low in trying to fraudulently rewrite history by claiming that Cambridge University allegedly confirmed that a self-confessed certificate-less General Buhari now has a certificate. 

He said: “It is a shame that Gen. Muhammadu Buhari and  his lackeys have become so shameless to the point where they churn out blatant lies to confuse Nigerians. The question is: does Gen. Buhari have a WAEC certificate? 

“If yes, where is it? Lai Mohammed had admitted that Buhari does not have a WAEC certificate and asked Nigerians to forgive him for not knowing where his (Buhari) certificate was 53 years after leaving Secondary School.

“Nigerians can now see why the APC’s government is clueless. This so called cambridge source, who is he? What is his name? Nigerians will love to get in touch with him to ascertain the veracity of the information. 

“But I can assure Nigerians that the source will forever remain anonymous, reason being that this so called source does not exist.

“This is pure garbage being churned out by the APC’s and Buhari’s propaganda machine but glory be to God, Nigerians are not buying and will not buy the lies this time around. Instead, Nigerians are  asking that Buhari be sacked, #SACKBUHARI,” the Bayelsa-born activist said.

He said that of Justice Walter Onnoghen could be fraudulently hounded out of the Judiciary as Chief Justice of Nigeria because of his alleged lack of full asset declaration, why should General Buhari who has no record of having completed his school certificate remain as President in brazen violation of the nation’s Constitution?

He said: “Onnoghen was embarrased and forced to resign from office as the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN) for omitting to declare all his assets, yet Lai Mohammed is asking Nigerians to forgive Buhari who has no WAEC Certificate and once lied that his certificate is with the military. 

“General Buhari is now the Commander-In-Chief of the Armed Forces, yet he cannot fish out his certificate from the military authorities.

“Notwithstanding, APC wants Nigerians to depend on an unknown and unnamed source from Cambridge to believe General Buhari has a certificate. Why go to Sokoto when you can get what you lack inside your ‘sokoto?’

“The Constitution is clear. A minimum of school certificate is required to contest for the office of President. The law is also clear on the penalty for pejury.

“I want to use this opportunity to remind the presidential electoral petition judges that Nigerians are watching and waiting to read what their judgement will be. 

“Give the right judgement by sacking Gen. Buhari because he does not have a WAEC certificate which amounts to a gross violation of the constitution and write your names in GOLD on the annals of Nigeria’s history for being men of courage and integrity who stood by the truth at a critical moment.

“Initially Gen. Buhari said the certificate was with the military. None of his course mates  in the military could testify under oath that they did submit their certificates to the military. 

“Besides, even the military itself has come out boldly to say that they are not in possession of General Buhari’s WAEC certificate.  Is this a ‘Yahoo Yahoo’ certificate that people cannot see?”
